From I-10 East or West
Go to Winnie, TX
Go South on 124 which will take you all the way to the beach
Bear right on TX 87
Go approximately 15 miles. There will be a very large blue water tank on the right, approximately 1/2 mile after you pass the tank you will make a left into The Dunes subdivision.
If you approach the caution light then you have gone approximately a mile too far. Turn around! Your almost there!
3398 Sandbar is the second house on the right in The Dunes subdivision. It is a green house on the corner. Let the fun begin!
